 ViRi Farms assumes no liability for lost (including mis-delivered) or damaged shipments due to events beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to:

• Natural disasters such as earthquakes, cyclones, storms, or floods.

• Unforeseeable circumstances including war, plane crashes, or embargoes.

• The weight of your shipment will include the packaging.

Furthermore, ViRi Farms is not responsible for issuing refunds for any shipping delays, regardless of the circumstances.
